With over 15 years of experience, Maria is a technology and business transformation leader specializing in delivering large-scale enterprise change that drives strategic business outcomes. She is passionate about helping organizations grow with purpose building the capabilities, culture, and leadership needed to thrive amid disruption and deliver enduring performance. Maria has led transformation portfolios exceeding $100M and complex business and technology initiatives impacting more than 3,000 people across the financial services, healthcare, mining, and real estate sectors.
