About Patrick

Patrick Hayes is a highly accomplished Oracle Primavera Unifier Solution Architect and PMIS Subject Matter Expert with more than 30 years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise business systems for complex capital projects, facilities management, and land portfolios.

He currently serves as Associate Director – Oracle Construction Technologies (Contract) at Uisce Éireann (Irish Water), where he leads the strategic national deployment and continuous enhancement of the Unifier platform across the utility’s full asset lifecycle. Patrick’s work focuses on advanced configurations including custom workflows, dynamic forms, robust data security models, attachments management, Excel data imports, P6 integrations, and ServiceNow orchestration. These solutions have delivered significant operational efficiencies and governance improvements for one of Europe’s largest water infrastructure organizations.

Patrick’s expertise spans multiple leading PMIS platforms. He spent two years as a Principal Technical Consultant at Kahua, providing high-level technical leadership, client implementations, and best-practice guidance. Earlier in his career at Parsons Corporation, he gained extensive hands-on experience with e-Builder and PMWeb, supporting major infrastructure and facilities programs. This broad platform proficiency enables him to rapidly evaluate ecosystems, drive seamless integrations, and recommend optimal technology strategies tailored to organizational needs.

As the founder of Bromyard Consulting Services LLC, Patrick is also the creator of TerraForge (BCS Land Manager), a modern full-stack enterprise land management application. TerraForge features a powerful custom workflow builder, dynamic form editor, integrated map views, adverse possession records, dispositions tracking, comprehensive audit logs, and enterprise-grade RBAC. Designed for flexibility and security, it addresses the unique challenges faced by land and facilities teams that require configurable systems beyond traditional off-the-shelf solutions.
